Course Description
David Roma and Kelly Scott are excited to share their love and passion for Thai Massage, the culture and spiritual practice. Teachings from traditional Thai massage to Osteothai techniques and integration for all levels of practice are welcomed to join us in the quaint, tropical, seaside village of Sayulita, Mexico.
No prior yoga or massage experience is necessary, though you should be comfortable working on the floor on a mat. Thai massage is without a doubt a great addition for those who work on a table. Learn to use your skeletal system and breathing techniques to improve your body mechanics and add a set of skills that can spare your hands and arms from repetitive stress and injury. Yoga practitioners or anyone interested in well being, healing and bodywork will benefit from this retreat. Take advantage of having 2 experts to learn from in a glorious outdoor setting!
No Prior Experience Neccesary
These courses are open to everyone! This is great for yoga teachers or anyone interested in well being, healing and body work, however, no prior yoga or massage experience is necessary!

Certification of Completion
Course includes live demonstration and hands on instruction as well as a printed instruction guide and manual. You will receive an individual Certification of Completion after completing this module.
