THAI YOGA on the Table

This course incorporates Thai yoga and Osteothai techniques for practitioners working on the table. A bridge between Eastern and Western Modalities demonstrates the best of both worlds. This course will include a full-body Thai yoga treatment, safe effective stretching techniques, and body mechanics for practitioners. We will also observe the fundamentals of yoga elements applied in Thai massage.
