David Roma and Kelly Scott are excited to share their love and passion for Thai Massage, the culture and spiritual practice. Teachings from traditional Thai massage to osteothai techniques and integration for all levels of practice are welcomed to join us in this unique setting.

"Metta" the act of loving kindness

You can know the most amazing techniques, but what really defines how good your massage will be is your touch. If your touch is one of listening, it is out of softness.

Our Focus

Meditation  Our morning meditation will set the stage for the day, getting quiet on the inside, aligning ourselves with earth, sky and heart. Spending time together as a community of bodyworkers, refining our listening skills and techniques will unite us in the present moment

Yoga  The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body, yoking the mind and body connection is a developed practice to train the body and mind to self-observe and become aware of our own true nature.

Thai Training  This is a unique setting for the cultivation of your Thai Massage skills. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, this is a chance for you to refine your skills, and to hone the practice of deep listening. The 4 bhrama viharas, the sublime states of mind. Metta. Loving Kindness- The love that cares, focuses on kindness and love towards all living beings, Karuna: Compassion sees into the suffering of beings.  Mudita: Sympathetic Joy ... The love that appreciates-is a pure joy unadulterated by self-interest. Upekkha: Equanimity- the loves that "allows", it is the ground for wisdom and freedom and the protector of compassion and love.
