What to expect from a session

Thai massage is more than a physical science.  It is more energizing and rigorous than most classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing.

In Thai Yoga Massage, no oils or creams are used and the recipient is dressed in comfortable clothing. Your Thai session is performed on a mat on the floor.

Taking an epsom salt soak is commonly suggested to assist in drawing out toxins as well as drinking plenty of water.

Thai yoga sessions begin at 90 minutes and up to 2 hours for the full benefit.
