Certification Programs


Certificate of Completion 

  • Each student will be given a Certificate of Completion with 100%  

      participation of each workshop or module

  • 25 CEU's are required by the state of Tennessee for License Massage Therapist for 2019-2020 cycle 

  • Live course, demonstration, Hands on instruction

  • Instruction guide and manual provided


The Series

  • Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage

  • Side lying, herbal compression technique

  • Herbal Compress Techniques

  • Abdominal Massage, Thai Techniques, Level 1

  • Thai Massage for "Low Back" Pain

  • Thai Massage for Head, Neck and Shoulders

  • Thai Massage- using your feet


Course objectives:

  • Observe Theory and History of Thai Massage

  • Learn a full body Thai yoga sequence

  • Sample of mediation

  • Introduction to Energy lines (Sen)

  • Yoga elements

  • Proper body mechanics

  • Acupressure

  • Techniques utilizing your feet

  • Techniques utilizing motion, momentum and rhythm

  • Learn safe stretching techniques

  • Learn support poses for your clients


Practitioner Certification

  • A practitioner must demonstrate mastery of core skills and knowledge related to the profession.  

  • The program is over 150 hours of training and mentoring

  • Applicant must complete the certification program within two years from when you begin.

  • A comprehensive study of the "Course Objectives" 

  • You will also receive a Certificate of Completion

  • A Study in History and Theory in Thai Massage, reading material required

  • Basic knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology (20 hours minimum)

  • Complete the series of training,

    • Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage and 4 other courses from the series

    • a total of 75 hours, hands on clinical training

  • Receive a full 2 hour session from Kelly

  • 15 documented practice session/with feedback form submitted from each of the 5 modules.

  • Complete a Practicum to demonstrate the knowledge applied, by performing a 90 minute session with Kelly

  • Journal your training process

  • Develop and submit a self care program



What is Certification of Completion?


  • A "Certification of Completion" demonstrates that you have applied yourself in basic study through a hands on course

  • Fulfills requirements by the State Licensing board by obtaining Continued Education units from a NCBTMB approved provider

  • Allows you an opportunity to experience a unique modality that adds tools of resources to your practice

  • Opens doors of possibilities for creativity, and fluidity of bodywork

Open to everyone!  No prior Yoga or massage experience is necessary.

You must be comfortable working on the floor on a mat.


It is a great additional modality for Yoga teachers and massage therapists or for anyone interested in well being, healing and bodywork.  

Thai massage is without a doubt a great addition for those who work on a table. Learn to use your skeletal system, & breathing techniques.
