licensed
massage
therapist,
(LMT),
provides
a
distinctive
approach
to
bodywork
by
infusing
a
variety
of
styles
drawn
and
inspired
by her
study
abroad
to Costa
Rica at
the
Costa
Rica
School
of
Massage
Therapy
(CRSMT)
and
further
study in
Thailand
and
Indonesia.
Due to
her
advance
and
intensive
training,
she
offers
integrated
techniques
and a
wide
range of
modalities,
such as:
Deep
tissue,
trigger
point
therapy,
and
Thai
yoga
bodywork,
that
lead her
on a
journey
studying,
living
and
exploring
the
culture
of the
Thai
people.

sessions
are
based on
the
specific
needs of
the
individual
receiving
treatment.

The
